FEEDBACK
What Parents Say about the Nurturing Parents course:
Nurturing Parents Training: Testimonials
The Mindfulness course has enabled me to become “calmer” with my daughter as I can now take “everyday as it comes” which has helped me to manage her condition better. Mindfulness has given me the “opportunity to stop more” and notice “beautiful things”, like a rainbow and has enabled me to carve out time to “enjoy stuff”.
